We started off with the sashimi platter which was served on a bed of ice along with a stainless steel bottle of liquid nitrogen as well as four different dipping sauces. Just YUM !!!
With the price that Sokyo charge, we are expected to receive high quality and food service. However, it was imressed and we had an excellent dinner.
We also ordered the Pork belly skewers.
Sokyo are now open for everyday including breakfast and dinner as well as lunch on Thursdays and Saturdays. Breakfast at Sokyo are fantastic, it is worthy to try it.
